All produce listed on Green Earth is cultivated using natural, chemical-free organic farming practices.
- Seasonal Variations: Variations in color, size, shape, and appearance naturally occur compared to website photos.
- Farm Yield: Availability depends on daily farm yield. In cases of sudden crop unavailability, our team will notify you promptly to offer a substitute, credit, or refund.
- Handling: Customers are responsible for thoroughly washing all raw produce prior to consumption.
3. Orders, Pricing, Deliveries & Cancellations
Orders placed through Green Earth are confirmed once order acknowledgment is communicated via email or phone.
- Pricing: Prices are listed in local currency and are subject to seasonal market adjustments.
- Delivery & Unattended Packages: Delivery schedules are estimates. If no one is available to receive the delivery, produce will be left at your designated delivery location. Green Earth is not responsible for spoilage, damage, or theft occurring after successful delivery drop-off.
- Cancellations: Due to the perishable nature of fresh harvesting, orders cannot be canceled or modified once harvesting/dispatch has commenced.
4. Freshness Guarantee & Refund Policy
We take pride in our 24-hour Farm-to-Table promise. If you receive produce that is damaged or does not meet our freshness standards:
- Please notify us within 12 hours of delivery with photos of the affected items.
- Eligible claims will be processed for a replacement item or store credit/refund. Claims submitted past the 12-hour window will not be eligible for reimbursement.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including logos, branding, images, text descriptions, graphics, and design system elements—is the exclusive property of Green Earth Organic Farms and protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
